Systems Engineer for EMEA

AlgoSec is looking for a senior Systems Engineer. The candidate will be located in Israel or other hub to serve customers and opportunities in the region.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of SE experience in the area of Enterprise SW. 
  • Excellent oral and written English skills.
  • Proven successful track record in winning competitive PoCs.
  • Stable employment track record (at least 3 years with the same firm).
  • Experience working for a small company.
  • Excellent presentations skills (webinars, presentations).
  • Team player, pleasant person to work with, high level of integrity.
  • A Very bright, organized, responsive and communicative person. Patient and consistent. Able to work independently.
  • Management skills 

Desired But Not Required Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of the major enterprise firewall platforms is an advantage.
  • Well-connected to decision makers and influencers in the enterprise, channel and network security industry.
  • Excellent oral and written skills in German, French, Spanish or Italian.

Senior Software Developers (R&D)

AlgoSec is looking for bright software engineers - to join the R&D center in Petah-Tikva, Israel.

Required Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. in Computer Sciences/Engineering from a known university, GPA of 85 or above
  • At least 3 years of experience in software development
  • Experience in Linux/UNIX environments
  • Team player, pleasant person to work with, high level of integrity
  • Very bright, fast learner, independent and organized

Desired But Not Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in both Client-side (JavaScript, AJAX, etc.) and Server-side software development
  • Previous experience in the Network Security space
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Team Leader potential

Software Developers (R&D)

AlgoSec is looking for bright software engineers, for developing its products - to join the R&D center in Petah-Tikva, Israel.

Required Qualifications:

  • B.Sc. in Computer Sciences/Engineering from a known university, GPA of 85 or above
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in software development (exceptional university graduates will also be considered)
  • Experience in Linux/UNIX environments
  • Team player, pleasant person to work with, high level of integrity
  • Very bright, fast learner, independent and organized

  • Previous experience in the Network Security space
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

QA Engineers

AlgoSec is seeking experienced QA Engineers - to join the R&D center in Petah-Tikva, Israel.

Responsibilities include: writing and executing test plans, defining QA processes, regression tests, manual testing, QA automation, configuration of lab security devices (firewalls).

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of QA experience (software)
  • Experience in manual testing (GUI) and automatic tests
  • Good knowledge in QA methodologies and tools
  • Experience in Linux/UNIX environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Team player, pleasant and with a high level of integrity
  • Very organized, thorough and devoted
  • Bright, fast learner, independent

Desired But Not Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in firewall administration and configuration (Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.)
  • Experience in QA of network security software products
  • Experience in Linux script languages (PERL, shell)
