To Keep our Customers Satisfied:
- We Provide a Money Back Guarantee - If you are not satisfied with AlgoSec's solution within 30 days of license issue, tell AlgoSec Support about your issues. If, within 10 business days, our Support Team cannot resolve your issues to your complete satisfaction (you are the judge!), we will refund your money.
- We Respond Quickly - We track the response time of customer support inquiries, and either respond within one business day or escalate the query to upper management.
- We Listen to Customer Needs - We enter all customer requests for feature enhancements into our product development database. We consider every request based on market demand for the feature, and inform the customer about the outcome.
