- Responding Quickly: We track the response time of customer support inquiries and respond within a business day or escalate the query to upper management.
- Listening to Customer Needs: Every customer request for new feature development is entered in to our product development data base. Each request is considered based on market demand and the customer is informed as to the outcome.
- Providing a Money Back Guarantee: If you are new to AlgoSec - ask for an online product license that lets you cancel your order. If within 30 days of license issue you are not satisfied with AlgoSec’s solution please inform support@algosec.com and describe the issues. If within 10 business days those issues are not resolved to your complete satisfaction (you are the judge!), your money will be returned to you upon your request.
