AlgoSec to Present at Check Point User Group Conference 2008 Europe

Sessions on Automating Firewall Compliance with PCI DSS, ISO 27001 and SOX Regulations, and Ways to Clean Clutter, Optimize Performance and Reduce Risk

Reston, VA, August 26, 2008 - AlgoSec Inc., the leading provider of Firewall Operations and Security Risk Management solutions, today announced that its CTO and co-Founder Dr. Avishai Wool has been selected to present at the Check Point User Group (CPUG) Conference Europe being held September 8-9 in Chur, Switzerland.

Dr. Wool will present two sessions:

The first session: "Learn How to Dramatically Improve Your Firewall Performance and Increase security will be held on Tuesday, September 9, at 10 AM. This session will offer technical measures that can be taken to improve firewall performance while heightening security.

The second session: "The Regulation Zoo: Dealing with Compliance within the Firewall World" will be held on Tuesday, September 9, at 1 PM. This session will provide ways to more effectively deal with increasing regulations, including PCI DSS, ISO 27001 and SOX, impacting firewall management.

CPUG is the Check Point User Group created for hands on administrators who specify, architect, install, configure, maintain, debug or defend Check Point products. With attendees from more than 15 countries, the conference is technical and designed to provide Check Point users with the most current information to assist them in their environments.
