We are hiring a Customer Onboarding Operations Specialist to facilitate AlgoSec customers’ onboarding.
Reporting to: Training and Onboarding Operations Manager
Location: India (Home office/Hybrid)
Direct employment
Responsibilities:
•Manage AlgoSec worldwide customers onboarding status to verify that they reach operationalization. Connect with customers and partners to help
achieve successful Onboarding journey.
•Initiate onboarding campaigns for customers and reports to create visibility for management.
•Offer and sell Professional Services and training.
•Collaborate globally with AlgoSec customer success, Support, Delivery and Sales teams.
Requirements:
•2+ years in a similar position in the Hi- Tech industry.
•Relevant Bachelor/B.A degree.
•Highly articulate, confident with a strong ability to build customer relationships.
•Customer focused, proactive and with high level of energy.
•Detail and process orientated, well organized.
•Ability to work independently.
•Experience with CRM systems and Excel.
•Excellent English both verbal and written.
•Ability to work flexible hours (including US time zones).
Advantage:
•Experience with Salesforce/ Marketo/Gainsight
•Experience running campaigns.
•Delhi NCR locations.
