We are hiring a Delivery Architect, US to join our Delivery team.

Reporting to: Professional Services Manager, Americas

Location: Peachtree Corners, GA (Hybrid) or East Coast US (Home Office) 

Direct employment 

Responsibilities:

  • Design customer solutions and perform ongoing adjustments to the design by discussing and training the stakeholders
  • Provide guidance to AlgoSec technical teams and mentor deployment engineers
  • Craft solution design as a guiding document to the deployment and professional services teams as well as for the customer records
  • Work with several internal entities such as Customer Success Management, Product Management, Support and R&D 
  • Address customer needs and improve the AlgoSec solution
  • Participate in pre-sale activities and represent the Delivery organization to ensure clear design and smooth deployment to the post-sale team

Requirements: 

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar position in a software company serving large enterprise customers
  • Proven experience in conducting customer-facing design sessions, with the ability to lead discussions, extract requirements, and translate them into actionable deliverables.
  • Strong networking background, solid knowledge of the OSI model and TCP/IP protocols suite
  • Experience in firewall administration and configuration (Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.)
  • Customer oriented and ability to establish customer’s trust
  • Experience in Linux/UNIX environments and script languages (PERL, Python, shell)
  • Independent, resourceful, problem-solver, result oriented
  • Fast learner and problem solver, demonstrating a ‘make it happen’ attitude
  • Team player, pleasant and with a high level of integrity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to cope under pressure and multi-task
  • Willingness to travel within the US (approximately 25%)

Advantages: 

  • Architect level knowledge of Openstack/AWS/Azure 

A reasonable estimate of the OTE for this role, at the time of posting, is $140,000-$155,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications. If your requirements fall outside of this range, you are encouraged to apply.
