We are hiring a Channel Marketing Leader, US to join our Marketing team. 

Reporting to:? Global Director of Partner Marketing

Location: ?East Coast, US (Remote, US) 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute partner marketing strategies and programs to drive demand and revenue growth through our partner ecosystem.  
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the sales, channel, and marketing teams, to align partner marketing initiatives with overall business goals. 
  • Plan, execute, and manage joint marketing activities with key partners, including co-branded campaigns, webinars, events, and lead generation programs.  
  • Manage the partner marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of marketing activities and tracking performance metrics.  
  • Effectively manage all aspects of event execution (i.e., purchase request, campaign set-up, work with designers on graphics, the digital team on promotions, shipping material, conduct list clean-up, post-event follow-up, ROI tracking)  
  • Utilize the project management system (Monday) to track daily tasks and projects.  
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing programs, including lead generation, pipeline contribution, and ROI.  
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and deliver compelling marketing collateral, including case studies, solution briefs, and sales enablement tools. Maintain materials on the partner portal.  
  • Support partner enablement by promoting training and resources to help partners effectively market and sell AlgoSec's solutions.  
  • Ensure our partners are aware of and using the full range of tools and materials (training, collateral, deal registration) available to them via our Partner Portal 
  • Conduct weekly partner marketing calls and send post-call actions to the internal channel stakeholders. 

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in the development and execution of partner marketing campaigns and programs. 
  • 5+ years of previous experience working as a full-time channel/partner or field marketing role. 
  • A strong understanding of the channels, partnerships, and alliances in enterprise IT, preferably in IT and network security 
  • Experience marketing business-to-business solutions through indirect channels in a technology company 
  • Experience executing marketing campaigns using digital marketing campaigns, webinars, events 
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and marketing automation systems such as Marketo 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills, with the ability to track and follow up on actions

  • Experience working in a security SaaS solution organization   

A reasonable estimate of the OTE for this role, at the time of posting, is $90,000 - $120,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications. If your requirements fall outside of this range, you are still encouraged to apply.
