We are hiring a Social Media and email Marketing Specialist, to lead the creation, execution, and optimization of our social media platforms and email communications to drive business results.

Social media responsibilities
- Manage organic social media accounts and monitor engagement
- Lead and manage the employee social media advocacy program
- Design and implement social media strategy and content plan to align with business goals, ongoing campaigns, and brand identity
- Develop a weekly social media plan and publish engaging content daily (e.g. original text, images, videos and surveys) – both organically and paid
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Connect with relevant social media groups and influencers to maximize outreach
- Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results
- Analyze data and track metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices and tools
Email marketing responsibilities
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Support the marketing team with the creation of highly converting campaign-related emails
- Analyze and track email metrics to measure the effectiveness of your emails (Open rate, CTR), provide actionable insights
- Run A/B testing to improve campaign performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field
- Proven experience in social media management and email marketing
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and automation tools
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content.
- Detailed-oriented with a strong eye for graphics
- Strong project management skills; be able to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and deliver fast
- Self-driven and independent. Collaborative and open-minded
- Strong analytical skills
