Field Demand Generation Manager

We are hiring a Field Demand Generation Manager, US to join our Marketing team. 

Reporting to:?Director of Demand Generation 

Location:?East Coast, US (Remote, US) 

Responsibilities: 

  • Quickly achieve high-level knowledge of the company solution suite and deep understanding of our positioning statements, buyer personas, and business needs 
  • Increase lead generation and qualification through a strategic and prescriptive demand generation strategy by segment and persona. This includes inbound lead acquisition and outbound account-based marketing strategy 
  • Strategize and execute email campaigns, engagement and nurturing, advertising, webinars, sales enablement, direct mail, trade shows, social media, and more. 
  • Analyze campaign ROI and effectiveness to optimize future programs based on those learnings 
  • Work closely with Marketing Ops & Sales Ops to provide reporting and actively monitor and analyze the health of marketing contribution to the sales pipeline & conversion, program ROI, and customer acquisition and penetration, contact acquisition and activity 
  • Ownership of monthly marketing metrics and goals, reporting on number of budgets vs. actual MQL, SQO conversions, conversion points, and more 
  • Utilize 6Sense and Marketo platform, own and execute demand generation activities included, but not limited to, engagement campaigns (lead nurturing), prospect intelligence, lead scoring, digital content strategy, and more 
  • Work closely with the Sales leadership on strategy, sales plays, and campaigns 
  • Assist in maintaining sales and marketing data integrity 

Requirements: 

  • BS/BA required 
  • Deep understanding of B2B tech, with expertise in leveraging physical events and digital channels to drive lead generation and brand amplification 
  • 5+ years of field event and demand generation experience 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of initiative, with the ability to work in and across teams 
  • Exceptional ability to write and produce engaging content, able to write quickly and concisely for technical audiences 
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, Google Analytics and other key marketing stack solutions 
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to multi-task, set measurable objectives, hit deadlines and be highly accountable for results 
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for generating new ideas, nurturing a culture of creative, and continuing to raise the bar on business performance. 
  • Self-starter that can balance the need to deliver immediate impact and make progress on long-term “game changing” initiatives 

Advantages: 

  • Experience using ABM martech - or knowledge of ABM martech space  
  • Background in the cybersecurity industry 

A reasonable estimate of the OTE for this role, at the time of posting, is $100,000 - $130,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, location, training, and certifications. If your requirements fall outside of this range, you are still encouraged to apply.
